If you wish to rent your property for holiday lets you must have a reliable Management Company in place that holds the key(s) and to ensure that the property and swimming pool is looked after during your rental season and they must be able to deal with any problems that may arise. A cleaner to be employed before guests arrive and you need to ensure you have enough linen and towels for turnaround guests.
You must also provide a safe and first aid kit. An information booklet how to work appliances etc and has contact numbers in is also required and a ‘visitor’s book’ for guest comments is also useful.
