The villa is maintained by a well know local company who will look after the grounds, pool and villa. The large swimming pool is the main attraction for this lovely new villa being approx 60mtrs with steps for seating on and a shallow end to splash around in and for children. For early bookings for 2011 before 31st December 2010, the prices remain the same before they increase in January for 2011.
Will also offer a 20% deposit to secure the booking (normally 40%) with the other 20% payable by the end of Feb 2011. Balance 8 weeks before departure.
Airport transfers & Arrivals: We would prefer you to use the provided transfers with the management company as they require you to sign in and collect the keys before taking you to the villa.
Prices: 1 - 4 persons £70 return journey
Prices: 5 - 8 persons £80 return journey
The villa will be cleaned for your arrival and linen and bath towels provided. If you require additional cleaning whilst staying at the villa the cost is £25 per clean.
